My husband and I worked with Kasia to purchase a second home in the Denver area. I highly recommend her to anyone. Kasia is very patient, easy to work with, knowledgeable and honest. Our situation was a bit different as we were buying this home with a reverse mortgage and it was a foreclosure. It was a Bank of America/Carrington Mortgage seller who had no sense of urgency and with a listing agent who was pretty much incompetent. It took over 2 months for them to respond to our offer correctly so we could be under contract! I believe the reverse mortgage totally confused the seller side. She was always available to us, responding to emails and calls at any hour and putting in way too much time to handle the issues that arose. The inventory for what we were looking for was very sparse. We wanted land, at least an acre and a nice home. Kasia spent a great deal of time helping us and keeping us calm through this often frustrating process and after 3 months we finally closed. We highly recommend Kasia - we will work with her again if we choose to buy another home in the future but definitely not a similar situation foreclosure!
